As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients while driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

Sales: Identify and pursue sales opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate insurance products. Achieve sales targets through effective communication and presentation skills.
Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term engagement. Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and follow up on leads.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
Community: As an active member of the community, this role requires engaging with local organizations and initiatives to foster positive relationships and contribute to community development."
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Compensation: Base pay plus unlimited commission. Performance bonuses offered.

Insurance license preferred but not required. Must obtain license within a set time after onboarding.

Agent Responsibility

· Provide training and resources to perform all duties.

Qualifications needed:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Sales or customer service experience preferred.
Self-Motivation: Independent and target driven.
Customer-Focused: Commitment to excellent service.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
